Coping cap sheet metal can be removed during re-roofing without removal of the safety rail system. Unique bracket design allows retrofit installation under an existing coping cap sheet metal, eliminating the cost of new coping cap.

Yes, we prefer to have a qualified roofing contractor install our system to insure detail work that may affect the roof system is done properly. Premier Rail Systems offers onsite training to insure proper installation of our system.

What length, number and type of screws are used for attachment?
There are several types of fasteners depending on the substrate. Premier Rail Systems will determine proper fasteners after reviewing details for the project.

Can the system be installed on the inside of the wall?
No, Premier Rail Systems is not designed for installation to the inside of a wall. Attachment to the inside of the wall would require penetrating the roof membrane with fasteners, attaching to the outside of the wall insures the roof system remains 100% watertight. PRS offers custom color matching that allows the bracket to match the structures wall color.

What is your estimated delivery time?
Powder coated steel systems can typically ship in 4 weeks. Aluminum and Stainless Steel typically ship in 6-8 weeks.

What are the approved substrates?
Wood, concrete and steel are acceptable substrates. Each project is reviewed by Premier Rail Systems to insure there is a proper solid substrate for attachment.

Do you have specifications and drawings for my project? (AutoCAD? CSI formatted written specs?)
Specifications can be downloaded from our website. We recommend consulting with Premier Rail Systems to insure proper specification prior to publishing. Every system, like every building, is different – PRS will provide details and drawings for your specific project that can be included in your project documents. Consulting with PRS prior to bidding will allow proper design and limit questions from contractors.

How much does the system cost?
Every building is different and every roof system is different – various components and details can affect the cost of the system.
